Apple Outlaw Club Release Event

Join us for our Summer 2017 Cider Club Release Event at our new Tap Room at Fiasco Winery. There will be live music by Frankie Hernandez from 1:30-4pm.

We have selected four new and limited releases for our Cider Club members:

Cellar Cuvée - 750ml ($15)

A blend of our best french oak barrel aged estate cider from our 2015 harvest.  All cider in this blend have been barrel aged for over a year.

Shockey Crab - 375ml ($8)

Aged 21 months in a single Bend Distillery rye whiskey barrel, this cider is made from a blend of heirloom and crab apples from our neighboring “Shockey” orchard’s 2014 harvest.

Wild - 375ml ($8)

This cider is the result of a spontaneous fermentation of apples foraged from a wild grove of trees we discovered in the Rogue Valley.

Tale of Two Creeks - ($26)

A collaboration with Wooldridge Creek Winery, this wine-cider is 50/50 co-fermented blend of our 2016 late harvested heirloom estate apples and Wooldridge Creek Zinfandel grapes. This blend has a beautiful ruby hue with rich fruity aromas.
