Ashland Co-op's Annual Harvest Festival

.The Ashland Food Co-op’s annual Harvest Festival will take place Saturday October 17^th, 2pm-5pm, at the Co-op Plaza, 237 N. 1st St. The celebration marks the culmination of the abundant growing season in the Rogue Valley and is an opportunity for families to enjoy the fruits of summer and welcome the arrival of fall.

Activities include pumpkin carving, face painting, and live music. Additionally, there will be tastings of the season’s harvest of apples, hard cider, chicken bratwursts, and a surprise seasonal treat. Bring your pumpkin to carve, or buy one at the store. The Co-op will supply all of the tools, inspiration and even hands-on help.

The Harvest Festival is free and open to the public. In addition to the samplings at the Harvest Festival, the Ashland Food Co-op offers year-round tastings of produce and products at the Tasting Kiosk. For more information on regular tastings visit http://ashlandfood.coop/calendar.
