 WLC 2022 presents: UNSTOPPABLE! Overcoming Barriers to Your Success. A one day journey of empowerment, self-exploration, and inspired leadership as we exchange ideas, tools, and techniques to become the most unstoppable you! This year we are so excited to serve our global community with a hybrid conference for 2022! Join us either in-person at the Ashland Hills Hotel or connect virtually with our online conference option. Our incredible line up of 3 keynote speakers and 6 breakout sessions starts early Friday for a day of empowering talks, insightful networking, relevant Q&A from experts in their fields, and Ashland's best cuisine and drinks

The Women’s Leadership Conference grew out of a desire to see more women represented in leadership roles in business and the community. We are dedicated to providing both personal inspiration and practical application to promote more equitable representation of leadership in our community—at every career level and all stages of personal growth. Since 2014 the WLC has been an associated program of Southern Oregon University.
