6th Annual Medford BMW Southern Oregon Classic

6th Annual Medford BMW Southern Oregon Classic

Coming this Spring!

June 9 and 10

Get ready for the unparalleled golf and culinary event and party of the year—the 6th annual Medford BMW Southern Oregon Classic, Friday, June 9 and Saturday, June 10 at Centennial Golf Club in Medford. Returning after a two-year COVID break, last year’s event shattered records by donating over $40,000 to charities. We expect an even better turnout this year. The Classic combines golf, dancing, music, and incredible food (known as The Feast), creating an unforgettable weekend we hope becomes an annual staple for attendees. Guests may partake in both the golf and food event or The Feast alone. The best part? 100 percent of the net profit raised from the entire weekend is donated to local charities.

The Golf Tournament

This two-day event kicks off Friday morning with a continental breakfast and double shotgun tournament at one of Golf World’s Top 50 Golf Courses in the U.S., Centennial Golf Club. Get your foursome together and choose between tee times at 7:45 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. The event format is a scramble with gross and net scoring, closest to the pin and long drive competitions, plus a friendly skins game (another way to raise funds for charity). Expect lots of fun surprises at the tee boxes, including gifts and tee prizes. Additionally, hole sponsors will be spread throughout the course serving drinks and food at select tee boxes, adding to the entertainment. Between rounds, both morning and afternoon players can enjoy a BBQ lunch. The tournament sells out quickly, so make sure to register early and secure your team a spot.

The Feast

The party continues Saturday night. You don’t have to play golf on Friday to attend The Feast Saturday night. Golfers will join over 1,000 other guests Saturday at 5 p.m. for dinner on the range. Once guests enter the culinary and beverage heaven, they may wander from booth to booth with unlimited sampling of incredible cuisine from up to 17 of the finest local and regional chefs, restaurants, and artisan food purveyors. In addition to food, guests can enjoy up to 12 wineries, Walkabout Brewing Co. beer, and unique cocktails. Your all-inclusive ticket price allows you access. At 7 p.m., the party continues as Patrick and the LVB take the stage and the music and dancing begin. Patrick Sieben, an Emmy Winning Singer/Songwriter, currently enjoys a residency at Mandalay Bay Resort Casino in Las Vegas. The group performs around the country, including at the Barclays Center (Brooklyn), and The Greek Theatre (LA), and has performed alongside such bands as Bon Jovi, One Republic, TOTO, YES, Eric Hutchinson, and more. In addition, Patrick plays all three of our events each year.

Sponsors & Charities

Southern Oregon Classic is privileged to donate one hundred percent of its net proceeds to the Asante Foundation and CASA of Jackson County.

Asante Foundation supports Asante healthcare, which provides lifesaving and sustainable healthcare in Southern Oregon and Northern California. The hospital is one of 170 in the Children’s Miracle Network hospitals, and provides high level pediatric care in our region.

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) offers trained and supervised volunteers to advocate for foster children under the court’s protection because of abuse or neglect. CASAs form one-on-one relationships with children to walk the journey with them.

The event wouldn’t be possible without the partnership of our amazing sponsors. Special thanks to Title Sponsor, Medford BMW, a mainstay since the first Classic in 2016. We are equally grateful for the rest of our presenting sponsors including, Centennial Golf Club, Propel Insurance, Asante, Rogue Valley Manor, LaZboy Furniture Galleries, Better Built Construction, Gold and Gems Fine Jewelry, Absolut, Smartz, Southern Oregon Magazine, Seven Feathers, Sysco, NBC 5, and Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians.
