Deer Creek Wine Pairing Dinner at The Vine

September's pairing will be an interesting one, pulling on your finer senses with two different Chardonnay and two Pinot Noir from local producer Deer Creek Vineyards. 

Just a hint of what's to come-

Experience the difference between Chardonnay aged in oak or created with only stainless steel, paired with two completely unique courses. One bottle of Pinot will be tasted two different ways, the other grown and bottled in a heavy fire year, carrying all the smoke of a great Scotch Whiskey and all the fruit of a naturally fermented Oregon Red. (Buy a bottle before they sell out!!) 

The Menu -soon to be released- will feature Burrata (a personal favorite), an ice cream sandwich, and some delicious details to stimulate and enhance your palate.
